We wish you well on the rest of your journey wherever that may take you.
Or if you like, you can always …
When someone makes the decision to engage in counselling or psychotherapy it is usually because they are suffering.
It may be anxiety, stress, depression, grief, low self-esteem, relational problems, sexuality, struggles with their identity or any number of issues that they see as the cause of their pain. It may be difficult for them to open up to family or friends about what they are truly experiencing.
At Peace Inside we provide professional tailor-made counselling and psychotherapy services in which our clients are encouraged to compassionately engage with their challenging thoughts, behaviours and emotions.
Through understanding and acceptance real change is possible and a new way of being can be discovered.
I hope you find the information contained here useful in helping you to make your decision. Should you need any other information or have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Reform Irish Mental Health PETITION
At Peace Inside we are committed to increasing access to professional counselling and psychotherapy services.
In Ireland, the current crisis of mental health has been born out of years of neglect.
It is time for something better.
Eoin has submitted a petition to the Oireachtas with the goal of reducing the costs of services to clients and ensuring the best standards of care through appropriate regulation of the professions of counsellor and psychotherapist.
